Implementation Guidelines for Data Quality Metrics
The authors make ISO data quality metrics executable by classifying them into generalizable, parameterized, and non-generalizable types. They propose five implementation guidelines to turn textual definitions into automated tools. The resulting open-source library, dqmeasure, successfully detects errors and scales linearly with data size.
