Orchestra: Corroboration-Based Regulatory Candidate Discovery via Composed Bioinformatics MCP Agents
Orchestra combines two independent bioinformatics systems, RegNetAgents (network topology) and CASCADE (experimental evidence), into a single workflow. The central finding is that requiring both systems to agree on a candidate regulator results in a more trustworthy prediction than using either system alone. This corroboration adds significant value beyond the initial network scoring.
