Performance Characterization of Pulsar's Software-defined Watermark Verifier
This work presents a software-defined radio (SDR) implementation of Pulsar's Combinatorial Watermark processor to verify ranging signals in commercial GNSS receivers. The implementation demonstrates feasible use, showing that it provides 32-bit authentication security under conservative signal conditions. This is a major step toward deploying Pulsar's secure service in commercial GNSS devices.
