MedPAO-VL: Interpretable and Protocol-Compliant Agent for Structured Radiology Report Generation
MedPAO-VL shifts radiology report generation from a single, opaque process to an iterative, explainable system. It uses an agentic Plan-Act-Observe loop to refine reports based on visual findings from chest X-rays. By grounding generation in discrete concepts and using self-correction, the model ensures clinical correctness and transparency in structured reporting.
