Rapid quantitative chemical composition mapping using model-based MRI reconstruction with field inhomogeneity correction
This work proposes a model-based reconstruction framework for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to rapidly map chemical compositions in chemical reactions. It embeds known spectral information into the mathematical model to speed up composition mapping. The method successfully corrects for magnetic field inhomogeneities, achieving high accuracy and precision in quantitative measurements of molar ratios.
