Vision-Guided Closed-Loop Autonomous Navigation of Light-Driven Janus Microbots

This work developed a Vision-Guided Microbot Autonomous Navigation (VIMAN) framework for light-driven Janus microbots. It integrates a custom YOLOv11 vision model with magnetic steering to enable precise navigation along prescribed paths, handle dynamic obstacles using real-time A* path planning, and execute complex cargo manipulation tasks. The system successfully combines programmable control with real-time environmental adaptation.
