Efficient Noise Context-Aware Representation for Low-Dose CT Denoising
The ENCORE framework improves low-dose CT denoising by explicitly using CT noise characteristics and anatomy instead of generic models. It achieves this by simulating realistic noise, extracting local noise context, and using a FlyingConv module to adaptively change convolution weights. This results in higher quality images with better efficiency and allows for dynamic texture control during inference.
