Measurement-Driven Early Warning for Resilient 5G NSA Railway Networks
The study created a measurement-driven benchmark to test if learning models can predict 5G NSA railway reliability breakdowns seconds in advance using only lightweight radio features from commercial devices. Results show that models like TimesNet and CNN can anticipate Radio Link Failure events, proving that simple on-device radio indicators can provide early warnings for critical transportation systems.
