Speculative Forcing for Efficient Autoregressive Video Generation
Speculative Forcing is a framework that speeds up video generation by allowing individual tokens to be accepted early if their intermediate estimate looks sufficiently close to the final output. It uses two verifiers—one training-free and one learned—to predict when a token can be frozen, significantly reducing the required denoising steps while maintaining high quality.
