cSVR: Convolutional Slice-to-Volume Reconstruction
The framework proposes a fast convolutional network to reconstruct coherent 3D brain structures from multiple orthogonal 2D slices. It fuses these slices and uses lightweight optimization to refine slice alignment, achieving high-quality reconstructions in under 10 seconds, significantly faster than traditional iterative methods.
