Continuous-time evolution via probabilistic angle interpolation and its applications
The paper introduces a stochastic time-evolution algorithm using probabilistic angle interpolation to simulate continuous-time evolution without Trotter errors. By taking the continuous-time limit, it simplifies pre-processing and introduces a noise mitigation technique called Zero-Noise Extrapolation. The method was tested on molecular energy estimation and out-of-time correlators in the SYK model, showing its potential on quantum hardware.
