Post-Quantum Secure Aggregation via Code-Based Homomorphic Encryption

The paper proposes a code-based secure aggregation method using Key- and Message-Additive Homomorphic Encryption (KAHE) under the Learning Parity with Noise (LPN) assumption. It shows that this construction is equivalent to standard LPN for appropriate parameters, providing a post-quantum alternative for privacy in federated learning. The protocol achieves low communication overhead, especially when users collude.
