Nonsmooth Bloch Oscillations in Non-Hermitian Systems
The study develops a framework for non-Hermitian Bloch oscillations (NH BOs) in 1D lattices, revealing nonreciprocal non-smooth dynamics and anomalous wave propagation. It shows that applying a unidirectional force can cause periodic jumps in group velocity, while reversing the force leads to smooth dynamics. This provides a unified view of NH system behavior.
