CoRef-DETR: Decoupled Global Context and Selective Boundary-Category Refinement for Underwater Instance Segmentation
CoRef-DETR is a compact detection transformer designed for underwater instance segmentation that tackles three errors: context, boundaries, and categories. It achieves state-of-the-art results by decoupling global context processing from selective boundary refinement and category reclassification. This method significantly improves performance across various underwater datasets while maintaining fast inference speeds.
