Seq-Flow: Efficient Probabilistic Forecasting with Self-Rollout Error Control
Seq-Flow is a flow matching model for online forecasting that tracks evolving probability distributions by transporting previous forecasts to updated ones using new observations. It uses renoised samples from prior forecasts as starting points, allowing accurate updates with very few flow evaluations. The method addresses the error caused by reusing past forecasts.
