Study of pulse jitter characteristics of PSR J1744-1134: Towards high precision pulsar timing with InPTA

This study characterized jitter noise in PSR J1744-1134 using observations from the uGMRT at 300–500 MHz. Pulse-level analysis and Bayesian inference confirmed the presence of jitter, showing its amplitude and frequency dependence. Results suggest a turnover frequency exists, emphasizing the need for comprehensive jitter characterization in high-precision pulsar timing.
