Experimental Acquisition and Verification of Spectral Signatures of Dynamic Bifurcations
Researchers developed an automated framework using analog circuits and DAQ to capture spectral bifurcation diagrams (SBDs) from real-time measurements of nonlinear systems. This method successfully captured characteristic signatures like period-doubling, quasiperiodicity, and torus length-doubling. The results showed strong qualitative agreement with numerical predictions, establishing SBD as a robust experimental diagnostic tool.
