Galaxy luminosity functions from far-UV to submillimetre at z=0 in the COLIBRE simulations

Researchers used COLIBRE simulations and a calibration-free radiative transfer code to predict galaxy luminosity functions across UV to submillimetre wavelengths at redshift zero. The method successfully predicted stellar properties and dust distribution with unprecedented agreement, validating models of galaxy formation.
