Coherent states of neutrinos in rotating matter
The study develops generalized coherent states for neutrinos interacting with rotating matter by reducing their Dirac equation to a harmonic oscillator form. These states are constructed using creation and annihilation operators, showing that they approach plane waves under slow rotation. This framework allows for calculating effective neutrino masses in the context of astrophysical scenarios like rapidly rotating neutron stars.
