Scattering entanglement entropy between one particle species and the others
The authors construct an entanglement entropy for a scattering process involving one particle species and the rest of the final state. They show this entropy can be expressed using scattering probabilities and differential cross sections. The resulting formula reveals that the one-particle subsystem's entropy contains information about both total scattering probabilities and differential distributions, which is related to phase-space resolution.
