Fast and Sensitive Readout of a Semiconductor Quantum Dot Using an In-Situ Microwave Resonator with Enhanced Gate Lever Arm
This study experimentally demonstrated high-bandwidth dispersive readout of a Si/SiGe double quantum dot coupled to a niobium superconducting resonator. Optimizing the gate lever arm significantly enhances coupling, leading to fast, sensitive measurements with unity SNR in 34.54 ns. This engineering approach provides a scalable design principle for high-fidelity qubit readout.
