Reliability assessment and multicenter clinical application of magnetic resonance methods for knee cartilage quantification
A comprehensive workflow was developed for quantitative knee cartilage assessment using AI pre-segmentation and a three-reader correction system. This method accurately partitioned cartilage, calculated volumes, and measured thickness across longitudinal clinical trial data. Results showed that treatment improved structural measures like volume and thickness, providing traceable MRI evidence of therapeutic efficacy.
