Progress and Prospect of AI in ARPES Workflow
This review details how machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) are being applied across every stage of Angle-Resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy (ARPES), from sample preparation to data analysis. The paper explores ML methods for modeling quantum states, denoising spectra, extracting band dispersions, and moving toward fully autonomous ARPES laboratories.
