Non-Markovian dephasing of disordered, quasi-one-dimensional fermion systems
The study investigates dephasing in disordered, quasi-one-dimensional fermion systems using perturbative expansions involving both diffusive and Markovian noise baths. While a purely diffusive bath expansion fails at long times, combining it with a screened Coulomb interaction provides an infrared regularization that stabilizes the theory. Results show that higher-order terms lead to a rephasing contribution and reveal mechanisms for low-temperature dephasing enhancement in spin systems.
