High Fidelity Single-NV Qubit Quantum State Tomography by Photoelectric Readout

This research tested photoelectric detection of magnetic resonance (PDMR) to read out quantum states of a single nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center in diamond at room temperature. The results showed a high fidelity of 0.995 ± 0.0062 for state reconstruction, comparable to optical methods, proving that using electrical readout does not significantly degrade measurement accuracy.
