Co-designing a Layered Control Architecture
The work introduces a framework to systematically design two-layer Layered Control Architectures (LCAs) by co-designing architectural choices and tuning parameters. The goal is to find designs that are stable, feasible, and meet computational limits. This allows designers to explore trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and computation effort.
