The study compared three adult vaccination strategies for Hepatitis A in Korea: targeting 20-39 years (S1), 40-59 years (S2), and 20-59 years (S3). Results show S2 is the most cost-effective strategy, offering the best balance of mortality reduction and low program costs. S3 offered the largest DALY reduction but required much higher investment.
