Synergistic charging of a quantum battery via Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction and non-Markovian noise
The study investigated how a Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction can enhance charging performance in a two-spin quantum battery subjected to local random telegraph noise. The DM-assisted slow-switching protocol showed superadditive transient ergotropy gain during the initial charging phase, reaching near-maximal ergotropy faster than the non-DM control. This enhancement is nonmonotonic with respect to DM strength, suggesting an optimal intermediate coupling for better performance.
