Resource-Efficient Synthesis of Sparse Quantum States
The authors developed a method to efficiently create sparse quantum states using quantum circuits. They found that circuit depth and non-Clifford gate counts scale linearly with sparsity, which is highly resource-efficient. The synthesis involves building a generalized W-state and then mapping its components to the target sparse state via classical reversible circuits.
