Probing fundamental physics with ALMA2040 mm-wavelength observations of neutron stars

ALMA2040 enables systematic exploration of millimeter wavelengths for pulsars and fast radio transients for the first time. This allows AI to search for new phenomena beyond current limits, construct 3D magnetosphere maps of neutron stars by combining multi-frequency data, and probe the origin of fast radio bursts by detecting signals from magnetars in the Galactic Center.
