RelAgent: LLM Agents as Data Scientists for Relational Learning
RELAGENT is an LLM-based autonomous data scientist for relational learning. It uses an agentic search process where an LLM constructs SQL feature programs and selects a predictive model. This two-phase approach allows AI to discover complex relational features directly from data, leading to competitive performance on benchmarks while maintaining intrinsic interpretability.
