The SU(N) Holstein Model

The study uses determinant Quantum Monte Carlo simulations to investigate the SU(N) Holstein Hamiltonian, which describes electrons coupled to phonons. For N=3, it found an insulating charge density wave (CDW) phase at half filling at low temperatures. It determines the phase diagram by exploring how this CDW phase changes with temperature and electron-phonon coupling strength.
