ZZ-Free bSWAP Gates under Strong Driving in Far-Detuned Fixed-Frequency Transmons
The study explores using a single strong drive to create a large XX-YY interaction and a weak second tone to tune the ZZ phase in transmon qubits. This allows for independent control of these interactions, enabling the implementation of bSWAP gates via Stark-induced ZZ tuning. The work also develops a multilevel theory predicting speed advantages for CNOT gates under specific driving conditions.
