Cheaper by the Batch: Shared Traversal for Genotype Graph Editing

The method addresses slow genotype representation graph (GRG) updates by replacing multiple independent traversals with a single shared reverse-topological pass for editing batches of mutations. This batched approach identifies reuse candidates across all mutations simultaneously, achieving up to 10.5x speedup while maintaining exact carrier-set semantics.
