Geometry-Aware Superpixel Graph Transformer with Metadata for Skin Lesion Classification
The GeoMeta-GT pipeline classifies skin lesions by modeling them as a graph of spatially coherent superpixels. It integrates patient metadata into this graph structure, allowing for structured multimodal reasoning beyond simple feature fusion. By using an edge-aware transformer, the model learns which spatial relationships are most important for accurate diagnosis.
