Nonlocal Gravity, Restricted CPL Dynamics and DESI Constraints
The Maggiore–Mancarella nonlocal R□−2R model explores cosmic acceleration dynamically without a cosmological constant. Analysis using DESI data shows that current observations strongly constrain the nonlocal parameter to be very small, favoring behavior close to the standard ΛCDM model rather than significant deviations.
