SAGE-OR: Semi-supervised Adaptive Scene Graph Generation for Operating Rooms
SAGE-OR replaces complex, hardware-intensive scene graph generation with a feature-centric approach. It derives localization from frozen foundation models encoded in pre-computed features, eliminating the need for dense multi-modal supervision. This allows a lightweight transformer to perform relational reasoning using only RGB images and sparse annotations, enabling rapid adaptation to new surgical settings.
