Quantum models of interaction Hamiltonians and their paradoxes
This work investigates paradoxes arising from modeling remote quantum interactions using effective Hamiltonians that ignore a local mediator. The authors introduce simple microscopic models respecting the light cone to resolve issues like faster-than-light communication and energy accounting inconsistencies. They show how finite mediator propagation time leads to hybridization, dressed states, and decoherence under fast local control.
