Modeling X-ray reflection spectra from disk returning radiation: Application to 4U 1630-47
Researchers developed a new XSPEC table model to simulate reflection spectra solely from radiation returning off an accretion disk, excluding the corona. Applied to 4U 1630-47, this model fit the data well and suggested that returning thermal radiation from the disk can explain observed reflection features. Results indicate a rapidly spinning black hole with specific physical parameters.
