Elliptic solutions, gauge normal forms and a degenerate four-wave-mixing projection for coherent couplers
This work provides complete analytic solutions for a coherent coupler with arbitrary parameters using Weierstrass elliptic functions. It connects these solutions to degenerate four-wave mixing, showing the coupler is a reduction of that system. The findings offer exact mathematical descriptions of nonlinear coupling, enabling deeper analysis of all-optical switching and quantum phenomena.
